DELIVERY POLICY

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery is £5.99. Orders are sent via Royal Mail. A signature may be required. Please allow 10 working days for delivery. 

You should receive your order within 10 working days, this does not include weekends or bank holidays.

THERE IS CURRENTLY NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE OUTSIDE OF THE UK 

Pick Up in Store
You can choose contact our stores directly to place and pay for an item to collect in that store.  We will email to let you know when your item is in stock and ready to be collected. When collecting, please bring along your order details, including the order number.

ORDER RELATED QUERIES
Please note, we will not be held responsible for deliveries that have been not delivered and/ or somehow go missing. We will not replace the products you have not received. 

If you have another query please email sales@shoponthebeach.com. Please note we are a very small team here so the email is manned 10am to 4pm daily and we aim to respond to queries within 48 hours – excluding weekends and bank holidays.
